Rich with history and atmosphere. Walk back in time and across the seas to experience a beautiful French Country setting.

Patrons can be seated in the granary building upstairs, downstairs, outside under the big sycamores surrounded by flowers, or under the tall tin enclosure past the coffee bar.

Fountains abound with birds and floral scents fill the air. An experience not to be missed!

Patricia Nevot-Johnson

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Born in Madagascar, your multilingual chef provides the real deal in French Cuisine. She grew up in the French countryside and Africa - from Congo, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Champagne, Alsace, Auvergne, and Provence. Her colorful upbringing and taste reflects in her food. She travels bi-annually to Paris, Colmar and the south of France gathering ideas for great food.

WAYNE Johnson

Executive Manager and Master Gardener

A rock star in our midst. Originally a musician who played with The Doors as an opening act. He has many careers, including owning several discos in Las Vegas, co-owing the first comedy club in Utah, and delving into computer programming. His love of gardening has been a constant joy, and he raises world class roses for your enjoyment.
